Our story
Built for the complicated.
Run from Long Island City, Sterea Realty Group is a licensed New York real estate brokerage led by John Matsis, President & Licensed Real Estate Broker. We bring three generations of NYC property-management and brokerage experience to commercial, industrial, warehouse, residential and new-development assets.
We built the firm around the work other managers avoid: rent-stabilization and DHCR, 485-x and 421-a abatements, HPD affordable lotteries, violations and complex sales.
